About NPC's
There is a check in the sources for the wiz tower... You can't learn a spell if you're not on the right map. This is for preventing peoples to hack, learning spells from other maps.
I think this is the same for BS, WH and Cityhall officer, so you can't take quests, repair weapons or deposit items while hunting.
