Im not going to up server, just want to explore this whole thing. Im C++ programmer and interesting of shit inside this game.
Can you please give link (helbreathss.tk closed

) to the latest u know version of HB client + server source + already compiled server (+ additionally client source).

I've tried. But can't find full normal package. I'm talking about those conditions:
- Client compiled + source
- Server compiled + source
- Client version = Server version
- All that already working and compiling normally

This will be very good start for me. I'll really appriciate if you'll give me link to the latest version of such package that you know.

But can you give me a lil advice. I've downloaded "HBx Server Files 2.24c Source". But there is no source for World & Gate server, there are also no files for HG servers of maps.
Maybe i need to check "Extasis Server Files C++ Source Code", what is better to start from ???
And what client is compartable with this server ? And on this site i couldn't find any source of clients.

Yeah, i'm new on this forum. You mean how good i am in coding ? Well, i have some experience of developing apps for web(http, SSL, ftp protocols based), databases...mostly i was developing illegal things (good money

). And i'm about 2 months in DX9.

If so then you could help Orkl with the new particle engine. Go check it in Helbreath gameserver sources forum.

Im using DX7/8. He has experience in DX9, which is structured completely different to DX7/8, then again- if he has good coding knowledge and has some logic and a brain in him, then he will be able to pickup any code easily and work with it

Its not completely different. I've start work with DX8, but not too long. And why dont u want to prog with DX9 ??? Less code, easier to work. Anyways we can try

I'm using DX7/8 because its easier to integrate into the Helbreath Client, whereas DX9 gets rid of a lot of the old platform of DX7/8 and it would be too much of a pain in the ass to use in conjunction with Helbreath, unless I ported HB to DX9, which would just be a pain in the ass again, because its a lot more difficult to do 2d in DX9 than it is to do it in other DX platforms.
