Iv got a computer at home with a processor of 600 MHz, but the problem is really that when I open a program it doesnt even run at 40% in the taskmanager, i wonder how I could get the processor always to run at 100% even if opening any small program or process. Its kind disturbing to wait 30 sec to get a IE window started -_-...

So does anyone have any program or does any1 know how to do it trogh like control panel.
Iv tested to virusscan it and iv used WindowsAdv.Care wich helped a lot ( comp got 40% faster).

If some1 know i would appreciate if you would tell me. :)
