ScatterP and Nemesis

Alright, I run a server called HB Lotus, most of you probably have heard of us before, we have around 30-40 ppl average, but anyway, today ScatterP attacked our dedicated host box that runs it, he's been whining and crying that we were taking his players and even banning players of his that had anything to do with my server, im about 100% sure he DDoS'ed us or something of that sort, that inturn shut down the internet on our Dedicated host or something, I say something because I cant get on it with Remote desktop so im kind of unsure atm.

Well, I got his IP off msn messenger(lol on his part) and got his ISP name which is Nildram (www.nildram.net) I sent them a complaint email about what he is doing and telling them we even have Convo's of him admitting to it with blatant evidence that hes the culprit.

I have a friend in Britain that is well a millionaire hes a good friend and he just happens to live about half a mile away from Nildram (scat's ISP) , I sent him a e-mail of what is going on, hes in very good standing with all the ISP's around there because hes a internet junky aswell, I have yet to get a reply see'ing as I sent it 3 hours prior to this post.

So hopefully one way or another this will be brought to justice, whether I press charges or my his ISP shuts him down.

But im still concerned that if only his ISP shuts him down, or hell if nothing happens, nothing is to stop him from attacking us whenever he likes, this is where you guys come in, I guess what im asking is that if anyone here can do anything they can to help mess with Scat and nemesis, I dont give a shit im just asking you guys for help, I mean honestly if hes not stopped now, whats to stop him from pulling a sango and downing anyone he feels threatins his server?

So, anything anyone here can do to them would be GREATLY appreciated by me and everyone playing my server.

Nothing will happen because you arn't exactly doing anything legal either are you?

It's kind of hilarious to see scatterp still attacking kids hosting hb servers when he could be doing something so much more productive.

ok lets put this right scatterp has not hit anyones server we was working all day and night to fix nemesis as we had a sql crash which put nemesis down for 2 days in this time i was not in my irc channel and when i did login was told that someone had been on my irc under my name and told the players that nemesis was closed to come player there server also ther was other spamming on the irc channel and on the forum.

yes we did have trouble with this server a while ago under a diff name and did nothing but banned some players from our server because of this did not know the server had changed names and then we get all this shit from them yesterday.

and abuse of them we have not done shit and all we asked was for this srever to leave us alone and we would do the same we dont need to play silly games.

yes if was wanted we could take the server down but come on someone got to do alot more then that we are not kids here and as far as i can see they pissed of alot of my players so how do they not know someone else did this if they carry on saying what they are saying i will get pissed off big time.

and posting info on here and that clearly not scatterp info is it now i think the owners of this server need to grow up and thats what i put on ther forum.

the owners are young and dont know what they are doing.
