yo guys by downloading HB usa configs i found a item i never heard from what the hell is:

hats teh ring they maded in 2004 dose nothinsg itsd just sayus they been oopen for 5 years since they started at 1999:P

Third Memorial Effect:

adds +10 to HP regeneration

not 10% but 10 HP points

example: you have VIT 100 the minimum HP regen you can have is 50..

now you get at least 60 points HP every regenn.. this 10+ is calculated every time you HP regenerates..
