Helbreath Unadvised - not just another server.

I am not willing to run a 2-bit server like 90% of Helbreath Servers you will find. Before releasing Helbreath Outpost I will be doing a number of checks, edits and fixes to ensure that the server is running clean, fast and reliable. The server itself will run from one server, this means if the server is up, the whole server is up, not just a few maps. HBUn will give a fresh take over the usual Helbreath servers such as, an old town map feel, Crusades, Heldenian, Apocalypse and many other Unadvised created events that will keep you entertained through your journey on our Helbreath Server.

"Old town map feel", this is referring to the old town maps that were used in Beta. Though these maps are old, they hold a great deal of power that leads to a great deal of fun. Remember the days where you could have fun from level 30 onwards? Where you could Barrack Raid, and then once you had finished you would move onto conquering Noob Dungeon. This is relived, reborn, recreated.

What you would like to know about the EXP rates & Drop rates, they have been fairly implemented at around Helbreath International rates this is so that you can feel proud that you have made your character the way it is. The character you train is yours, and any sort of cheating used in the server, the offender will be banned. And because no individual has any other advantage against you there should be no reason to forfeit your account.

There is no substitute for quality and this is why I am not going to substitute the communication of the Game Masters and our Players. If you have any problem with the server or any implication you have the right to talk to us about it. This is why we will be supplying a well constructed communications system on our website to help us help you. If you at any time need to speak in person one-on-one with one of the Game Masters you are quite able and we will arrange and organise a time and date for the conversation.

This game server isn't going to be free for me to host, it's actually going to cost me a lot of money each and every month. I am doing this for the Helbreath community and for my pure joy in doing something. The configuration and creation of everything in the server was my free time spent.

I am going to get a Game Master from every time zone so that we can try to have at least one Game Master on at all times, to deal with questions, help, and overall benefit the game. I will be asking for donations because this service is going to cost me a lot of money and at this point because of financial problems the server isn't expected to be up until March. The files at this point are almost done and at which I will start on the Website. Please vote now so I can get a firm reading on what you think.

Updated news:

I have decided that I will run testing of the server on a slowish connection to start off with. The testing will only run for about a month or so and then characters & accounts will be wiped. Which basically means, if you want to play & help out, by all means do so. Though, I do believe it will still be early March by the time the 'real' server gets running.

I expect the beta of the server to be running by the end of this month. I still have a fair bit to do, but I haven't been home all this week and I get home tomorrow so I'll be up for a bit of work.

Also I have placed up a poll for how many people are interested, so check that out. And because I'm giving a fair bit of notice time before the server is opened, everyone that reads about the server will get to start off at the same time.
