Create Item

I Host a server on my lan ip using helbreathss 3.51 files when i login the GM and try to create item i cant..cant even summon slime and the lvl is Admin 4.Why is this so?i already typed /enableadmincreateitem 147258_ still doesnt work..

first type /enableadmincommand 'number'

i did..i typed /enableadmincommand 0909114(space) and then tried /enableadmincreateitem 147258(space) ..then i type /createitem Dagger i still cant..How do i check the codes to see if maybe they are changed..
