I don't understand... you want these versions of source? or just binaries?

it was not made without source siemen have that and only 2 other people in the private HB world has it well them versions anyway. you can find the real china exe of ver 3.51.

most people that deal with HB have made there src up to 3.51 from say 2.191 doing there own codeing.

I don't think someone out from Siementec have these sources.
I guess many people in HB community have alway pretended to have many things. (just me ... I'm the only one to have it! ... only X & me have that...) reading HB related forums, you'll see that thousands of time...
So, be sure that if some one REALLY have it, you'll know (and have it) soon !

Of course, one can compile improved v2.20 sources with v3.51 inside to show a pseudo v3.51 new client!

And other people work hard to code all things needed to upgrade from v2.20 sources...
