The best thing you can do is packet editing... or SQL injection. But if ur asking if there is a exp hack for 3.51 I doubt that you have any clue what a SQL Injection is.

Well without looking at a client source for 3.51 unless you found the packet saying you killed yada NPC that about the only way to make an exp hack, and even then, Not saying the server would accept it once, let alone enough to make it usefull.
