from what i've seen they coded it themselves, coz they have some bugs.
but it's 3.71 alright

hblmdl.. is a server hosted at an internet provider, and they have programmers that are making new versions..

they use 2.03 source...

they have 350 ppl, but my personal opinion is that is not that good...

as i said b4 all they done is eather modify a 3.51 client to make it say 3.71 2 w/e or
make a 3.71 /2 client work with the old logins, nothing amazing

i think www.netoverlords.com should be banned from posting in this forum they cant stand a server doing well and the more places they are banned in they may give up in the end and start acting like real people and start letting the players go to what servers they want without them doing shit to the server for it. the players go to a server because its a good server dont they get that there server is no good maybe they should put the work into making there server better then spending there time taking out other servers this way they may get some players on there.
