How to make items on ground look bigger?

How can we make items on the ground like money and drops appear bigger on the ground? Or does anyone have one made already that i can have? Thanks ahead for any help.

make two copy of item-pack.pak and replace the grounditem.pak with one.. (lol i dunno if the names are right i never bothered to check :P)
