By passing lvl limit?

There is a glitch in thhis private server where high lvls can gain xp frm partying at barracks,but the programmers have implemented a lvl limit for players in farm..armoud 150 or so i guess.then this guy called Hina came frm out of no where n powered to lvl 214 in 2 days. Is there a way to bypass it or is that guy just hacking.

Maybe the barracks is connected to anoter map like rocky highlands cause in old hblegends u could party ppl in barracks too all u had to do was go to rocky highlands to get the exp. btw whats the server im looking for a new server other the hbx and spawn cause they down
