Could you translate that text for me? I know the last three are for the speedtrapping part of the server, but I have no idea what the first one is referring to. Even though I know what the second part means in general, I'd still like to know what it says just to understand it better.

I did, I still just get all sorts of the same extended ascii when it shows those lines. No biggie, I know the last few are for sudden d/c's, and since 90% of them are speedhackers it's a good base to chase after them. But I'm curious on what that first line means.

im using xp, and i wanted to install east asian languages so here's what i did: control panel>>regional and langauge options>> languages tab >> marked V for 'install files for east asian languages' >> apply >> it told me it'll install Korean,Japanese,Chinese >>aimed to the needed language file, it installed but i still see unknown language in the source or in this thread here's what i got:

in other words the first line, highest level arrivel = hack notification - high level usually means hack level..

HB has High tech weapons, like Machine guns, AK-47's etc..
People drive around in Convertables, and the Meteor strike is a bunch on nukes. Crusades are now Nuclear Winters.
