server commands

i got some server files 2.20 or w/e but neways the commands dont work for me if i put in /enableadmincommand 0909114(space) dont work and item too 147258 i'm puttin them in right cuz i'v done it plenty of times someone evidently chagned the codes to something else anyone kno how to find out what they are or how to change them? :huh:

put /enableadmincommand 99 /enableadminsummon 99 /enableadmincreateitem 9
