i can play but not other

hey guys, i am new to the site and just started a server, i followed all directions but when i open all files to let ppl play, i am the only one that can log in. why is this so? :unsure:

Same as me, do u know some 1 thayt is like close to and has cable internet? if so run it off of thier pc and use a remote pc program like Real VNC to monitor your server. cuz if u dotn have a router u have lan and gl working it.
