Helbreath is registered and illegal servers infringe on this mark. As you may know, Korea (note: Poland is also a member) became a signatory to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (the “Berne Convention”) on August 21, 1996. Pursuant to the terms of the Berne Convention, Siementech is entitled to the protections of United States Copyright Law. This is true regardless of whether any registration was filed or any notice was placed on the work. However, in this case Siementech has registered the Work with the Korean government, and has been issued two Certificates of Program Registration, Number 110111-0962517 under Article 16 and Clause 1, Article 23 of the Protection of Software Intellectual Property Rights. If you will provide an address, we will be happy to provide copies of the Certificates to you.


As of October 2002, IENT became the exclusive licensee within the United States of the Work pursuant to a written agreement between our client and Siementech. Under the United States Copyright Act of 1976, our client has standing to pursue any infringers of the copyright of the Work within the United States. See, e.g., World Thrust Films, Inc. v. Int’l Family Entertainment, Inc., 40 U.S.P.Q.2D (BNA) 1281, 1996 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 16631 (S.D. Fl. 1996) (noting that the exclusive licensee is the proper party to pursue copyright infringement).



Helbreath Portal has copyright over the information on their web site, they are not hosting any illegal servers.



The information found on answers.com is incorrect, as the above explains.



Recoding the source code doesn't make it yours to do with as you want. That's the same as taking a stolen car and changing the bolts, screws and electrical working of the car and claiming it as your own.

yes the rights to there website but not the rights to the src code and the src code was never gotten from hbusa it was gotten from hbint.
hbusa does not and never has had the src code

to use the exe which siemen give hbusa they have to sign alot of things away this was the way they got there lic to run the game.

the src code that people have was by someone hacking there servers and getting it and we all know who did this.

#1 The source has no copywrites inside of it
#2 Only the current Version is copywrited wich makes the Private server versions Free to own
#3 The server files we use are 100% Modded Wich means they dont belong to STek or IENT anymore, plus theres not shit they can do anyways because They dont even have the money to buy the source code, let alone start a lawsuite.
