can someone tell me where to change the exp of monsters and their drops. thx

in NPC.cfg u change monsters ExpDice but can't help you with drops :(
WHO EVER ADDS ME TO MSN ASK FIRST BY PM HERE OR OTHERWISE I WILL BLOCK YOU BRUTALLY!!!

You can't edit monster drops in npc.cfg
