Running speed

So in my opinion, it matters MOSTLY on ping, because face it, leading hb isnt that hard, its all about how fast you can send the packets and send more packets, more packets sent means more movements.

Nada. If your computer can't keep up in frames, you won't send as many packets. It only sends the movement packet on a key frame and until you hit that frame, the packet won't be sent. Obviously higher fps means it runs through more frames in less time meaning more packets sent compared to a slower computer resulting in more distance covered in the same amount of time. You can have 1ms ping to the server and still go slower than someone with 500ms. When LAG starts to affect your running speed is ONLY when you get the message "network congested" and such. Only at that point do you actually go slower because your client actually stops accepting movement commands and waits for the server to catch up. Otherwise the server would continue to accept your movements regardless of when you sent them as long as it isn't all at once like a speed hack.

basicly Lag is the issue here. that includes internet lag becouse your client will see things slower on slower connection or Recieve the message to cast/run slower then faster connection.

also yes computer will matter to/ cpu usage.

this happens in every game.

Yeah... I still need a good vid card, I got 400$ to spend, I was thinking of a NVidia PNY XLR 8800 768mbit card, but that's like 110$ more then I got.

Give it time. They'll come out with an 8900 that's better and cheaper like they did with the 7800. D'; the 7800 was 400$ and still IS while the 7900 is around what, 250-300 and faster/more powerful. Coulda gone SLI with 7900's if I had waited a month or so with the price of 1.5 7800s.
