Needed "Team" to open server

hello guys

i am planing to open a good hb server but i am not skilled
so searching for few people who will help me with server cratering (Server side coders , server files editors , Client side coders)

server going to be the first long therm hight level (medium-hight EXP) server.
Hosting with Dedicate PC machine located @ turkey 100MB connection P4.3GH 1024RM (DDR2).
