Help! I need Item4.cfg to work right o.o

My Item4.cfg isn't registering with the server. If I take the contents from Item4.cfg and put them in the 3rd one. HGServer doesn't register. Anyone have a solution to my problem?

lol u must use hypno world soruce nad add item4.cfg into it easy as that
