GateServer CRITICAL ERROR!

Greetings all, i seek your kind help.

i've download the full set of hbserverfiles of 3.51 from technohell and using the worldserver made by KLKS and hypnotoad v3.51 and using hgserver 3.02 with fixes uploaded by Slammer.

I'm facing a problem my hgserver stucks at

(!) Try to connect sub-log-socket(9)... Addr:192.168.2.4 Port:2500

and on my gateserver it says

***CRITICAL ERROR! Game Server(ghostcity) does not response!
***CRITICAL ERROR! Game Server(ghostcity) does not response!
***CRITICAL ERROR! Game Server(ghostcity) does not response!

Wrong port configuation....
ML server didnt start

Start up:
Gate Server
Main L server
World server
press home on Main L and than on World
Than start HG Server

it says crafting configuration error and it stucks at

thanks sokol, but i fixed it.. my friend helped me with it.. it was my worldserver its not sending crafting.cfg to hgserver..
