Can Some One Get These Files Or Config

hello im sorry to ask but can some one get 3.81 files with No bugs and also can some one Already Hex and Code a HG AND CILENT and put on here with these things done

New COmmands

/Majestic gives u 2 majestic points after your max which in my server would be 311

/critical gives u 30crits and takes away 1majestic points

hex cilent and hg with AngelicPandents plz and also if you cant get 3.81 then can u send me some 3.51 already Config with Some Wicked good corrections and a Anti Hack Program ty

omg, u dont get it - just do it yourself codes are already in forum just "search" and change some thing compile and its done? :/
