Help Needed

i have run the programs step by step. first gateserver, mainlserver, worldserver, hgserver. but after hgserver connects to gateserver, it wont start the server. it still counts for the socket thing. the ips are all correct, no errors whatsoever. here is the pic.

Do u got router?

First run gate server
Then MainLServer
Then WorldLServer
Then HG Server

Then u push hg in MainLServer and wait like 5-10 seconds and then you push home button in WorldLserver.... W00t ur done

im not using router, i connect straight to the modem.
i tried using your method, no luck. still the same
any other methods?
oh ya im using ver3.51 from hbss forgot to tell earlier

Whats virus security you using?
If you using f-secure, its sure you cant run hg servers with it.

ok i just realised that its nothing to do with the HGserver.
i found out that the gateserver is the problem here
the gateserver always use the LAN ip instead of the WAN ip that i put in the cfgs

anybody can help me with this? send files/codes, but preferably a patched gateserver.. coz im not got at hexing/coding, but if u can giv me a quick tutorial then it should be fine

your behind a router, if the gateserver uses your lan ip it means you have a router

no im not using a router. i told u my comp connects to the modem using LAN card. the last time i host its just fine. i never use a router but still the gateserver uses the LAN ip.

i read other threads they say just use a hexed/patched gateserver.exe that listens to all ips. anyone have it? can please send to me?

im using adsl and thats how every adsl users connect to internet.

fortunately, i have fix this problem myself

just disable the tcp,ip for the Local Area Connection and the gaterserver will use the WAN ip

Edit: but after i disable it and wanted to login, it says world server is not active. any ideas? can someone send me a working worldserver pleasee
