cant buy guild ticket from guildhall

i cant buy guild ticket in my server...what i do?

if u can't buy ticket from guildhall try checking in shop in most servers u buy them from shops.

but i cant fins guildtcket from tiem list...i mean item.cfg item2.cfg item3.cfg
