well, this depends, what are your needs?
- database?
- php?
- perl?
- cgi-bin?
- free?

for a free webhost with a top add banner:
- www.100webspace.com (supports PHP and 1 mysql database)

i can get a list of free hosts that dosn't support scripting if you like...
