Everything is working now. In the downloads page you will notice a Index.html, dont worry about it, its just a file i created so no one can go into the directory and just grab files so they have to login.

<a href='http://torrcor.beigetower.org/pvtup.php' target='_blank'>http://torrcor.beigetower.org/pvtup.php</a> is where we upload and download the files. When uploading the files rename it to a file name that would be unguessable. But you can still be able to read it, if you were to download it. Once the file is uploaded it will automatically make a link on the downloads page.
