This tool know as "GM Tool" "Character Editor" is the app siementech uses to modify any account/character.
GM Black, Head GM of Korean HB server use this tool EVERY day to add stuff on his edited character OralB
Maybe It is usefull to anyone trying to code a Login Server (main login, main server ).
Version 2.191 used to work with file system database (is not a database but...) so you have to place it in the World Server folder (same path as /Character folder is)
I wont remove some Ip's account names and backup folder maybe you have fun reading some logs lol..
Being released because hb is dead now and may help the helbreath community somewhat
Are you sure this is stech because it was built on a VC++ win32 'Hello World!' app. String table still contains 'IDS_HELLO = Hello World!'.
