do i have to write...

/enableadmincreateitem 147258 (there is a space at the end of the number) and press enter
type
/enableadmincommand 0909114 (the is also a space at the end of these numbers) and press enter

...every time i log in even if im not puting the server up on the internet? (I play on it my self.)

u have to use those 2 commands every time u want to have GM Abilities.. unless your HGServer is set up to use a different command. if so hex your hgserver
