once you downloaded you ahev to change default ip wich is 127.0.0.1 to your ip in oder to alow othere peopl to go to it and just put <a href='http://your-ip-here/' target='_blank'>http://your-ip-here/</a> and thats will asces it also put your php in www folder in easyphp. <a href='http://your-ip-here/' target='_blank'>http://your-ip-here/</a> will view all your php in www folder.
now if you ahve a router tell em and ill tell you how to set up easyphp with a router
