No estoy seguro si lo que te estan haciendo es lo que me paso ami,te explico yo cuando tenia mi server recibia paquetes a full de informacion y eso me hacia un Lag tremendo los player no podian jugar, aun q tengas un super fire wall va ser imposible detener esa informacion ya que tu fire wall aun q blokee los paquetes de informacion, tu modem o lo que tengas va recibir esos paquetes pero tu pc no,ya con tener la ip es suficiente, osea el hdp que te este haciendo eso te debe odiar. Es muy facil hacerlo pero mejor no lo digo x que seria el fin de todos los server con poca conexion.
Eso pienso :S

PD: Ah y otra cosa me olvidaba aun q tengas todos los puertos cerrados te va joder igual.

He is very easy to do it but better I do not say it so that it would be the aim of all the server with little connection. That I think:S

Unless u dont have a ddos problem use drop not deny on ur firewall. Also search for tcp hardener on google (tcp hardener can help you with little ddos too). good luck
