how do i patch the 3.51 client?? when i search checksum error nothing pops up

i need to patch the 3.51 client with my ip so i can run it and see if i can host a server..but..with old clients..u searched "checksum error" in the hex editor..but u cant do that with the client i have for 3.51..how can i patch the client with my ip??

Um...then that means that client you using is packed....try getting another client...

ok i got it

thx..but when i try to connect to the client..it freezes/locks up..why is this??

Your firewall is blocking the client (executable) from accesing the internet

yea yea..i fixed that..how do i view my admin commands??

like how can i change from

/enableadmincommand 0909114
to something else?

Umm...if you using HBX server files, go to

GAME SERVERS > GAME CONFIGS > SETTINGS.cfg and look for

admin-security-code = 789

Change the number to whatever you want...doesnt matter what you have there...

if you set it like that then commands will be

/enableadmincommand 789
/enableadmincreateitem 789
