The source you use was created by the HBx team and the HBx team as a whole has ownership over them and with agreement allows you to use them. Agreement being you leave copyright information inside. If I go download redhat linux, and I take out every reference to redhat and change it to my own, do I now own all the redhat sources? Didn't think so.

Your "Company" is doing something that people call false advertisement as they don't even have the capacity for "10gbps" by running a single OC192. On the other hand, they still can't offer you 9.95gbps as there will ALWAYS be bandwidth used by other members and the only way to get the full 9.95gbps would be to shutdown every box except yours which they will not do. Right there impossible. Also, to get 9.95gbps you need real pipes to handle that. Not little 100mbps/1gbps lan lines. Do you even know what plausible means? Let me define it for you exactly.
