Heldenian does'nt work correctly in any 2.24 and below sources so dont bother trying it.
And for Rage usuing 3.62 China files and it not working im not sure, maybe heldenian was'nt implemented in 3.62 maybe?
Also heldenian works in Hypnopads 3.0 Source which mind you is buggy as fucking hell.
I have gotten all of the heldenian codes and things needed for it too work out of his 3.0 source though and got it working in my 2.24 source so

Its pretty complicating you just gotta get all the pieces of it out and I really dont wanna explain this, just give it time and keep searching around for everything with apocalypse in it too see if it may apply too apocalypse.
Also apoc is much easier than heldenian so goodluck with it ^^ .
