All ppl who have some expirience on hosting a HB server tell me how powerful
pc i need to keep up 3.51 SQL with all maps up and 1 restart per day?

I Have athlon XP 2600+ (1,9GHz), 512MB ram, 40GB hard disk and win2003 server...
and no problem with hosting.. have got 100+ ppl online with it...

Also in a point HDD must be an option...since server files store data in .txt files, if you have lot of people on, per day those .txt files will get over 10mb...inmagine that in couple of month... Minimum specs to host? Pretty simple:
You need Winsock 1.1 - so windows 3.11 will suffice.
Further, depends on the amount of clients.
It needs about 10 meg of ram without any clients and maps on? (From my head)> Just run it once without anything activated. Thats the minimum ram.
Cpu power doesnt really matter for minimum. It should be a X86 processor though.. 386 will do nicely
