compile it in release mode, or if you compile it in debug mode, you'll get the windowed mode affect.

what source is it ...?.. or you just uploaded that 2.20client source and said how to put client to fullscreen lol?

ah lol nvm dsp and dsw lol its just 2.20client source you can download it from every forum and hbdownload site =)
