What is the newest Dev teams website? if there are more than 1 dev teams working on HB Server 3.51+ list them please

there are..but i dont think they are sharing their work like HBX did..all mostly private forums

why would we need to dev anything with real files?

so your just going to stay with 3.51 because there real and not try to update them.
to the newer versions like 3.72 etc
