Create Account In Sql Server

Hello this mi first post, and i have this problem....

I dont know how create an account in sql server!!

i want to know how to create a new account.. because if I create a new row... with all the info.. and try to connect with a client 3.51 ... its send me that the account doesnt exist....

this a problem that i had in the beginning aswell , think it had something todo with ur account ID (has to start somewere around 1001)

mssql or mysql?

mysql you leave id blank it autofills
