Hey I was wondering if you could edit the text of the Welcome Pop up to anything we would like. I tried to edit it but it crashed my client... I know that the original text of it comes from GameMsgList.txt but cant edit it without crashing.

You need to edit:

(Clientside) CONTENT1000.txt

(Serverside) Noticement.txt (in Worldserver folder)

Editing the serverside is sufficient, it automatically is downloaded by the clients.

they never released files like that... lol.. it was always in the hgserver... i remember w/ 2.191 my server had white text for title.. and some red..

different things activate the color like.. _ = white? i dunno.. i could be wrong ... ask other's opinions... i haven't touched files since the first hbx stopped developing.. and haven't hosted a server since 2.191 days
