I like the way you have integrated backgrounds from Baldur's Gate 1, 2, and Icewind Dale into the maps. Makes me wonder whether the black isles tiles are rendered from the exact camera angle as the hb stuff.

Yes, maybe a little...but still, it does blend with hb very nicely. The black isles art is of course better than hb. Looking in my files, hb took their artistic inspiration from Diablo 2. D2 is mentioned explicitly as an inspiration to be copied, in their documents.

Indeed.. I once sent the wrong person a screenshot of helbreath (dragged to the wrong msg window), he asked my why I sent him a diablo 2 screenshot ><
