I'm looking for a working, and REAL 3.51 server. None of the hbss shit that doesnt work >_>. Heres what i need (and will pay for...)

x50 exp (so i dont have to take the time, i'm lazy)
500 max stats
400 max level
All weapons, armors, potions purchasable in shop
3 WORKING GM ACCOUNTS (i've tried for hours to make GM work..ffs)
All GM commands (none disabled)
Rare drops increased by 2 (this is possible, right? )
Gold rate x5

I'll post more when i find things i want =)
