Chart. crash hack

Yeah... some ppl have been doing something to GM's and top lvl chart in many server...
there is nothing wrong with the chart file, but yet we can't log in. We have tryed relocating the chart, and still it doesn;t work.

Here is the chart file for one of the chart. which cannot log in. Could u guys tell me what those hacker did, and how I could fix those stuck chart, pls.
