Ports are easily scanned and found.

I think its actually a good filtration of the servers, if You can't stop this HGServer crap, then no one wants to play your noob server anyways. Hopefully there will be some advances in security thanks to this.

simple method to stopping this...

change all the ports in the server files... then add a firewall that lets you control what ips are allowed into what ports...

but yes, it is true... bye bye all noob servers....

i suppose its a good thing in a way, as there are far too many n00b servers around, but now i wouldent realy call connecting up a HG to a server a hack anymore, more of an exploite.
