need help on ice storm , mfs and the rest

i wanna make them buyable from the wiz tower. i took out the "-" infront of the cost in my magic.cfg and also in the MAGICCFG.txt .
but when i click on the spell in the wiz tower trying to buy it, it says "INT must be higher then 59" (for ice storm) although i have 200 int. it also happen when i click on mass fire strike, bloody shock wave and others. any solutions to this problem?

sry , now no prob with that. now my prob is how to make berserk hit an area, all players standing there will be zerked. i tried to change the range from 1 1 to 2 2 but it still cant work.
