Acc creator/unstuck tool on web

I DL the easyphp,theres www file in there....Den waht do i do???
Dl the scripts and chg C://your_ip//to//server meaning???Forgive my understanding of english,anyone pls kindly explain in layman terms to me can?? I want the web to have the acc creator n unstuck tool,Pls....Plese b a bit more specific ty,would really appreciate

Anyway,when they say "now,open your browser and type LOCALHOST".Open what & which browser to type LOCALHOST?? And about copying the php script to the file "www",must i edit anything in the scrpit??Please give me examples.....ty

open ur internet browser lol... internet explorer ..
u need to edit ur script with ur server dir in ur pc..
