Can someone get me a link for the newest adobe photoshop that works with win98? i downloaded adobe photoshop 8 ce or whatever and it said only for winxp and higher :(zZzz

Photoshop 7.0.1 is the latest version that is compatible with WIN98, it can be found here for you

Why i keep getting "General Extraction Error Location IMP1" on my computer when i install...And that error didnt appear when i install it on another comp..both comps using Windows XP Pro..help plz
