Need WPE tutorial

I know there already is one but, can someone make a tutorial thats VERY detailed and is specifically for EXP packets? so that even me (an extreme noobie) can follow it?

exp packets are packets that are sent from the server to you. The packets involved in killing are swinging weapons and casting magic, not a packet actually *killing*. The exp given is server side. Experience hack is fundamentally impossible.

I am getting tired of people saying that... cause the packets are sent, its just a matter of alot of time someone is willing to put in. There was an exp bot, one that I have had privy to use. The packets are just encrypted or something along the lines of protected well.

Not really. After version 2.12 or something, they made the server check to see if you killed something or not (even then it's a little more complicated). Stop being a knowitall with something you haven't tried.
