3.51 Speed/Cast Hack

ive tried many ways to get Cast Hack, but it dun work no more, has it been blocked by servers or is it jus me dat im doin sumthin wrong while changin ips

when i try to login to the game, on the "account/pw" screen it loads and freezes

sum1 elses..ive changed the ip and stuff atleast i think i did it correctly open hex editor, look for the ip. change it... remaining ip which is left put "." after it and ure dun rite?

what i do with remaining ip is press space bar...if still dont work means that server is down or sumthing
