a 0% script is for ppl who make you pay for a 100% scroll in towns, but when you start with like 24% mag, a scroll doesnt work, right? well, when it is at 0%, then it does ^_^

the 0% skill script is for the gms :ph34r:
so i will apply it to the hackers
