You know sometimes people get really annoying when they speed hack but it does come to a point where u just want to shoot them in the head, so i was wondering exactly how do i do an ip bann im running on a windowsxp home edition please help me! <_<

Get a firewall, allow all connection to the HB server files, then block the connection from the guy u want banned by blocking his IP, so if he has a dynamic IP you're pretty much fucked, unless you want to range ban but then more ppl can't play.

Buy/download a cracked Norton Personal Firewall 2004, and then i can help you, unless you get norton you'll have to figure it out by urself

i stay with goldenboy, norton sucks, i use about 1 month and it sucks, now i use outpost firewall, but kerio win route it's a good firewall too.

Norton totally sucks... F-Secure IS is okay but i hate F-Secure antivirus, schools in finland have it since it finnish, and it has annoyed me for the last 4 yrs...
Panda 4eva, Kerio if you're looking for a firewall...
