how to use Gm command

i already put the admin level to 4, but i i still cant create items or any do any summoning...i did type the command /enableadmincreateitem 147258 , but i still cant do any shit..any1 tell me y?

you have to do one other thing
/enableadmincreateitem 0909114
/enableadmincommand[SPACE]0909114[SPACE][ENTER]
